The White Stallion Coal Plant will cause irreversible harm to the Public Health of all residents, the Environment of Matagorda & surrounding Counties; Matagorda Bay, it’s estuaries & wetlands.

The Coal Plant will negatively impact Tourism and Recreation of all in Matagorda County for the next two generations.
