No Coal Coaltion has obtained copies of public comments submitted to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) regarding the White Stallion Waste Water Water and Air Permit requests. TCEQ received at least 85 requests for a public hearing and 80 for a public meeting.

We recently asked supporters to start submitting requests to TCEQ on the White Stallion Air Permit and there have been at least 4 requests for a hearing and 4 requests for a public meeting on the Air Permit.
